CEREMONY COVERAGE / SYSTEMS AND COORDINATION PACKAGES

CEREMONY SYSTEM 1 $150.00: When you’re having your Ceremony on site or off site, we can provide sound reinforcement for your ceremony and this is what it includes: *Up to an hour of Coverage *Up to 2 Speakers (as needed) *Professional CD System *Wireless Lapel/Lavalier Microphone for your Officiate/Priest/Pastor *Your Choice of Music for your Recessional, Processional, Candle Ceremony *Pre Ceremony Music while your guests are sitting.
 
CEREMONY SYSTEM + REHEARSAL $275.00: It includes all of the features of Ceremony System 1 + a small setup system for your Rehearsal so you’re able to fully practice with your music.
 
CEREMONY SYSTEM + REHEARSAL + CEREMONY COORDINATION $499.00: This is perfect when you need to be worry Free for your Ceremony. An Experienced Professional will work with you for your Ceremony and Rehearsal, making sure everyone in your Bridal Party knows what to do at the Rehearsal and the Day of Ceremony Itself. Plus includes all the Features of the Ceremony System + Rehearsal.
EXTRA FEATURES:
Overtime is $150.00 per hour after the contracted time.
Bubble Machine $25.00 
Glow in the Dark Necklaces or Bracelets $(Call or Email for Price) for about 100-150 people.
Sound Reinforcement if your Event is over 250 People $150.00
Set of 4 Intelligent Lights are also available for extra $200.00 (Intelligent lights are Programmable Club/Concert style lights)
*A $50.00 Traveling fee will be charged for every 25 miles over our 45 mile radius if your event is not within our service area.
*Napa, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Capitola Areas add a $100.00 Traveling and Setup Fee. (From April-September)
*Napa, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, Capitola Areas add a $150.00 Traveling and Setup Fee. (From Oct-March)
All events require a $200.00  non-refundable retainer to hold the date of your event
